The much talked about Dogfish Head Bitches Brew is in stock and ready to be debuted at the 3rd Annual Myrtle Beach Beer Fest.
Created in honor of the 40th anniversary of the original release of Bitches Brew, American Jazz Musician Miles Davis’ 1970 jazz fusion album. Bitches Brew was regarded as a turning point in modern jazz due to its revolutionary sound.
Like the game-changing album, Dogfish Head, known for their extreme beers with experimental ingredients, set forth to create a fusion beer inspired by the album. Bitches Brew is three parts imperial stout, one part honey beer and finished with a dash of gesho root.
Bitches Brew was featured in an episode of Discovery Channel’s Brewmasters, which follows Dogfish Head Brewery on their journey to make “off-centered ales for off-centered people.”
Ratebeer.com has given Bitches Brew a rating of 99 and Beeradvocate.com gave it an A-. With a very limited availability, this is truly a beer you don’t want to miss out on. So be sure to mark your calendar for March 25th and 26th for the 3rd Annual Myrtle Beach Beer Fest!
